Kevin is a private equity investor active in sectors such as real estate, oil and gas, technology, and service companies. Prior to becoming a private equity investor in 2004, he was Managing Director, and later Senior Partner at Eastdil Realty (now Eastdil Secured), one of the country’s foremost real estate investment banking firms. Eastdil became a wholly owned subsidiary of Well Fargo in 1999.  Between 1987 and 2004 while at Eastdil, Kevin completed over $6 billion in debt and equity transactions throughout the United States.  Prior to joining Eastdil, he was a Vice President of Heron Properties, a private, London-based firm where he was a Project Manager of properties located in New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Miami   

Eric began his career in 1985 when he started U.S. Asia Group a residential and commercial brokerage group that specializing in servicing the Asian Community in both Chicago and overseas.  With US Asia he has completed more than $500 million in transactions including the sale of 12 units in the Trump International Tower during 2011. In 1997 he established US Pacific Management and has developed and owned a 488 unit hotel in Rosemont and a 122 unit hotel in Aurora, both in Illinois. He currently manages/owns more than 600 apartment units, 120,000 SF of office space and over 200,000 SF of retail space.  He also controls and manages a similar sized portfolio in China, which includes two hotels, office buildings and land slated for commercial development.  Currently, he is the managing partner on the newly built Hyatt Place hotel in the O’Hare Market (200 units) and the to be built La Quinta Hotel which will include three full service restaurant. 

Prior to starting Boulders Realty Advisors (BRA) in Scottsdale Arizona, Jim served as the Managing Director at Landauer Realty Advisors a national firm owned by AEGON Insurance while sitting on the board.  He formed BRA when the offices were sold to Grubb and Eilis in the late 1990’s.  Prior to his involvement in Landauer he co-founded the Financial Services group of Frain, Camins and Swartchild a leading independent brokerage group that is now CBRE.  He served as a partner during his time at both FC&S and Kennedy Midwest, a preeminent real estate auction firm.  In total, Jim has been involved in over $2 billion in transactions as a broker/consultant.
